Here is what you can expect in a whole deer box:

• Haunch (Steaks/ Roasting Joints): 24–28 steaks

• Backstrap/ Loin: 8-12 steaks

• Shoulder/ Roasting Joints: 2-3kg

• Minced: 5-7kg

Whole deer: 16kg to 19kg.

This comes delivered to your doorstep, sealed in vacuum packaging and a climate controlled box.
